“Yangxian Tea House” was founded in Taichung, Taiwan, laying the foundation for Chun Shui Tang's cultural tea house concept. It focused on offering high-quality semi-fermented teas and promoted the “Two-Cup” tea drinking technique, which emphasized the three-step tea appreciation process of observing color, aroma, and taste. Furthermore, it introduced the four arts of Song Dynasty living, including flower arrangement, hanging paintings, burning incense, and tea appreciation, making it one of the first tea houses in Taiwan to incorporate such cultural practices.
